Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo Chicken dip is an easy appetizer that I have been making for years! We usually make this in the crockpot or on the smoker. Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced pieces of bread are great for dipping!

This creamy buffalo chicken dip with kick of heat is perfect for any summer bbq, party, or gameday appetizer. This is an easy dip that can be made in the oven, slow cooker, or out on the smoker. This is also a pretty cheap appetizer that can be made on a budget!
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked/shredded chicken
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded Gouda
Instructions
Slow Cooking Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine everything together in a slow cooker and stir it all together.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring at least a couple of times while the cheese melts.
- Enjoy!
Smoker Instructions
- Spray a smoker-safe baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to the baking dish.
- Smoke at 250 degrees for 1-2 hours until everything is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
Oven Instructions
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to the baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes stirring a few times while it bakes.
- Once everything is melted serve and enjoy!
